LAND: A.P. Lodging has purchased 2.7 acres at Interstate 10 East and FM 563 in Anahuac for a hotel. Claire Sinclair with Claire Sinclair Properties represented the buyer and seller, PetroTex Fuels.

INDUSTRIAL: S and L Investments has purchased 10,800 square feet at 5213-C Tacoma. Stephen Kuper of the National Realty Group represented the buyer. Darren O'Conor and Travis Land of NAI Houston represented the seller, PP and L Investments.

INDUSTRIAL: Lance Murphy Holdings has purchased 10,570 square feet at 5238 Brittmoore. Travis Land and John Clark of NAI Houston represented the buyer.

LAND: Cullen Beltway Properties has purchased 27 acres at the northwest corner of Beltway 8 South and Cullen Boulevard. Kirk Laguarta of Land Advisors Organization Houston recently represented the seller, Boa Sorte. Joe Rodgers with Corte Realty Services represented the buyer.

RETAIL: Manish Goel has purchased the Mike's Muffler & Brake Shop on Interstate 10 West between Kirkwood and Wilcrest. Kyle Rhoden and Kirk Laguarta of Land Advisors Organization Houston represented the seller, Mark Temple. Ash Dharia with American Direct Realty represented the buyer.
